A supermarket chain based in Southern California, Stater Bros. Markets prioritizes providing the community with fresh and affordable groceries. They sought a new look that aligned with their values.
My role was to establish brand guidelines: determine a new color palette, refresh typography, redesign the in-store experience, distinguish key brand assets, and set the tone for their food and lifestyle photography. Running a food photoshoot for imagery that would be the shining beacon in launching the rebrand, my creative director and I worked side by side in art direction. The imagery lived in out-of-home assets and is being incorporated into their new in-store grocery experience.
